Transaction Based Pricing: As an experienced budget writer, I know how important it is to understand your expenses. Therefore, our pricing is based only upon the number of transactions you actually have, and not on the dollar amount of those transactions and not on an hourly rate. This option allows you to budget, down to the penny, what you will pay for our services. No guess work or calculations, just plain, straight forward and predictable.

No Set Up Fees: If you are caught up, there is no set up fee, catch up fee, or any other kind of fee, we just pick up where you left off. If you have fallen a few months behind, no problem. We will only charge for the months we catch you up. Just to make sure you're in the correct plan, we provide a free plan evaluation after the first three months and annually there after.

• Elite               100-200 Transactions $499
• Enterprise     200-300 Transactions $599
• Empire           300-400 Transactions $699

• Virtual Training for Quickbooks Online
• 1099's- These will be printed & mailed to each recipient, and the IRS
• A/P- Do you need help paying the bills on time? We help with the standard monthly bills such as electric, internet, rent & etc. 
• Scanning Services- Uploading documents/invoices/bills to customer/vendor profiles.
